Best overall choice in this area!! 24 hour front desk 7 days a week. Staff is always welcoming. Free breakfast with a decent selection of cereal, fruit, muffins, yogurt and you can make fresh waffles. The breakfast is available until 10am New Brunswick time. Rooms are always spotless but a bit dated. I stayed at other hotels in the area where they had a recent renovation but the other hotel’s rooms were dirty and the shower cleanliness was awful. They have a swimming pool as well but I have never used it.
My stay at super 8 in Campbellton NB was absolutely great. Wonderful staff and the best service. Will definitely be back in the future. I would like to thank everyone at the super 8 for making my stay here perfect.
We had a wonderful experience. Rooms, breakfast and pool areas were all clean. The room area was quiet. The day service manager James was competent, kind, hard working, always smiling and always working. Answered all my questions. He was always making sure that the breakfast area was clean and stocked. My only negative points, #1 Ray the night service manager. Not good service. When i checked on June 20, 2025 around 6h00pm, he did not ask or check if I had a rewards card. In one of our rooms, in the bathroom water was falling from the ceiling against the wall. I had to call twice, he came, looked and did nothing, not even wipe the floor or wall. On June 24th, I asked for plastic glasses, as we had none left in the room, he looked at me and said there were some paper glasses in the breakfast area. He expected me to go get them, I did not and he had to go. The second negative point was the pool; the water was not warm for me nore my husband who does no mind swimming in water that is at 75°F. An indoor heater pool should be at 80.
I booked on line, last minute and was pleased to get a room. On line check in/check out was easy. The front staff was not as friendly as I'd hope at check in. I was not aware that the 3 storey building was lacking an elevator. Both my husband and I have mobility issues and carrying luggage up and down stairs was a challenge for us. Listing this on the website would be helpful. The decor of the halls is in need of updating and smelly carpet should be replaced. The complimentary breakfast was good.
I thought this was a friendly comfortable place, with good service, the WiFi worked fine, how ever the indoor pool water was too cold for me to get in to. But I heard it's usually not like that.
Great location newly renovated clean room. Only reason for the 4 /5 very noisy AC and Fridge

If you want a place that welcomes, you and attends to every request this is where you want to go. Rooms are excellent as are staff. I can't praise the premises and staff enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUPER 8 Campbellton New Brunswick
